Technical and financial management of the 59th UITP World Congress and Exhibition scheduled in Dubai on 10-14 April 2011, including:
- Coordination of the teams in charge of logistics, scientific programme and social events
- Selection of local suppliers and supervision of the implementation of their services
- Management of the relationship with the event’s host (Dubai Roads and Transport Authority.)
The project has a total budget of circa. 6 Million Euros.
The event attracted more than 2,000 delegates from 72 countries, 252 exhibitors from 37 countries covering an area of 29,000 sqm and 9,000 visitors.
