- Elaboration and follow-up of work programme
- Member of the Strategic Board of UITP Secretariat
- Co-ordination and follow-up of UITP Programme Committee: definition of the Association’s working programme and priority working and research activities for UITP Commissions, definition of priority topics for UITP official positions
- Membership development and networking: definition of specific activities to attract and retain members
- Co-ordination of UITP World Congresses and Conferences programmes: elaboration of call for papers, selection of speakers, design of conferences programmes, synthesis of conferences
- Technical assistance to UITP Sectoral, Modal and Thematic Commissions: monitoring of public transport issues and latest development, identification and analysis of good practice cases, drafting of policy positions, etc.
- Member of the UITP Editorial Board for the definition of the editorial calendar of Public Transport International, UITP’s magazine and the selection of articles
- Contribution to UITP Executive Board and Policy Board activities and agendas
- Representation of UITP in several international meetings and events
